All content, designs, logos, code, documentation, and software developed or provided by ERP Developer are the exclusive intellectual property of the company, unless stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, written content, graphics, software modules, custom code, and branding materials. Clients and users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets strictly for their intended business purpose under the terms of the service agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any intellectual property without prior written consent from ERP Developer is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
